RME expands CET to support strategic growth

RUSSELL MINERAL EQUIPMENT (RME) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Chief Executive Team (CET) with the appointment of Eddie Bosnjak as Chief Capital Business Officer effective 05 July, 2021. In this newly-created role, Eddie is responsible for the profitable, sustainable growth of RME’s capital equipment business and delivering commercial outcomes for Customers and stakeholders.

RME’s CET was established early 2020 to drive the next stage of growth for the company. Eddie’s sales leadership expertise serves to further strengthen the make-up of the CET as it seeks to expand the Customer reach and potential of RME, and its market-leading position in the global mill relining industry.

Announcing the appointment, RME’s Founder and Executive Chairman, John Russell said, “The last year has shown us what can be achieved when our leaders unite behind a common aspiration and closely collaborate. RME is the only organisation that offers end-to-end solutions across the entire mill relining operation and we are proud to have a broad-skilled CET steering the company as it continues to solve our Customers challenges through fast, reliable and safe relines. Eddie’s commercial focus and contribution will be highly valued by the team.”

Most recently, Eddie was RME’s Acting Chief Customer Officer, and prior to that, General Manager of Sales, Site Services and Optimisation. He has held senior regional and executive leadership roles with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) for more than a decade. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Banking and Finance, a Diploma of Financial Planning and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Course.
