David Brander has recently joined Russell Mineral Equipment as Chief Technology Officer. David’s transformational role is tightly aligned with RME’s key objective to deliver innovative solutions which improve the grinding mill operations, productivity, safety, and profitability of RME’s customers.
Group Information Systems Manager
Jonathan Hooper is Group Information Systems Manager for Russell Mineral Equipment, having been with the company since 2011. With technology playing a central role in the growth of RME’s global operations and its ability to impeccably serve its world-wide customer base, it is critical RME’s IT team is highly-skilled and capable of delivering.
Group Engineering Manager
Andrew Limpus joined Russell Mineral Equipment in 2005 as a Design Engineer and in the first few years progressed through a variety of senior roles including that of Senior Design Engineer and Senior Supervising Engineer.
ETO (Engineer to Order) Engineering Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer
Brett Salomon joined Russell Mineral Equipment in 2007 as a Graduate Engineer and today is RME’s ETO Engineering Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer.
Service Technical Officer
Christian Kramer is an experienced Service Technical Officer at Russell Mineral Equipment – a role which he has held since 2014. Christian works as a key contributor to asset support team and part of a function which underpins the company’s regional service offices around the globe.
Principal Electrical Engineer
Russell Mineral Equipment’s Principal Electrical Engineer, David Krautz, leads the capability that is delivering increased automation and new measures of safety to the RME Mill Relining System – technology which improves the reliability and productivity of minerals processing operations around the world.
David Lawson joined Russell Mineral Equipment back in 2008 when, as he fondly recalls, the organisation was building Mill Reline Machine (MRM) #127. Over 10 years later, David is now at the helm of the assembly process for RME’s high-performance equipment as client deliverables have surpassed the MRM #425 mark.

Appointed Chief Software Engineer for Russell Mineral Equipment in 2017, Froilan Yap plays a core role in the Information Systems group – the team that is a key enabler for RME’s growth in capacity, capability and digital transformation across its global operations.

Megan Bolitho is Russell Mineral Equipment’s Supply and Distribution Manager – a highly-logistical position with responsibility to support the successful delivery of RME’s world-leading RUSSELL Mill Reline System and optimisation services to clients and projects across Australia and around the globe.

Stephen Gwynn-Jones is Russell Mineral Equipment’s Senior Applications Engineer – an essential capability and crucial cog in the wheel that is RME and its mission to visibly and defensibly improve concentrator performance, availability and safety, for its clients.
