Regional Sales Manager APAC/EMERU
Lucinda Talbot is our Regional Sales Manager who leads the strategic direction of the Asia Pacific Site Services and Optimisation Team. Working closely with RME’s Customers, this vital role leverages Lucinda’s strong experience in supply, distribution, sales and support as well as her results-driven, can-do approach to her job and the RME Customers she serves.
In partnership with RME’s sales and Customer support teams, Lucinda’s prime focus is to cement and sustain trusted working relationships with the RME Customer base. Her utmost professionalism and approachability allows her to work alongside clients in support of their goal to increase mill reline efficiency and safety, and ultimately plant availability, productivity and profitability.
Day to day Lucinda is responding to Customer needs, exceeding their expectations, ensuring operational issues are resolved in a timely manner, as well as identifying potential sales opportunities for the world-leading RUSSELL Mill Reline System and value added services.
Lucinda brings proven operational experience and a background in supply, distribution, inventory, procurement and sales support in the resources and asset-intensive sectors to RME. Lucinda was 5 years with UGL Limited, a leading provider of construction, maintenance and asset management services to rail, resources, infrastructure and facilities industries, in high-pace rotables management and procurement roles across their maintenance division. Lucinda has also held the role of Supply Chain Leader for Caterpillar, the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment for the construction, resource and energy and transportation industries.
