General Manager: Sales of Site Services & Optimisation; Customer Experience & Marketing Communications
Eddie Bosnjak is RME's General Manager: Sales of Site Services & Optimisation, Customer Experience & Marketing Communications – a role that is an advocate for the advanced use of the RME Mill Relining System and related technologies for optimising minerals processing operations and mining projects across Australia and around the world.
In this role, Eddie delivers authentic leadership, global sales strategy, guidance on Customer engagement and operational excellence in sales for RME’s site services and optimisation teams, ensuring they have the insight, capacity and capability to drive ever faster, and inherently safer, mill relines for the clients they serve. Eddie also collaborates internally with RME Marketing to deliver high-performance, world-class sales and service effort and rhythm and works collaboratively with the Regional General Managers to ensure RME is exceeding the expectations of key strategic Customers. The ultimate objective being the provision of exceptional service and value to a global Customer base, and the delivery of long-term sustainable growth for RME.
Eddie’s exemplary business management, well-developed financial acumen and proven sales leadership was cultivated during a 13-year tenure with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) in Relationship Management, Business Development, Senior Regional and Executive Leadership positions. His professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Banking and Finance and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Eddie has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Course.
Personally, Eddie is passionate about eliminating homelessness in our communities and actively volunteers with Brothers in Need, a not-for-profit organisation that provides food and essential services to the homeless and disadvantaged in Brisbane and Sydney.
