AusIMM MILL OPERATORS CONFERENCE – JUNE 2021
AusIMM’s 15th Mill Operators Conference was held in Brisbane and online from 23-25 June 2021. It offered a great chance to hear from industry leaders, metallurgists and professors about subjects at the forefront of our Customers’ minds. RME’s conference team shared our focus on safe relining solutions, and having the THUNDERBOLT MAGNUM 2000 Recoilless Hammer on the RME stand generated many interesting conversations with delegates about the THUNDERBOLT range.
AUSTMINE MINING INNOVATION CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION – MAY 2021
Austmine’s conference returned to Perth on 25-27 May 2021, showcasing new technologies, interactive presentations and panel discussions. At 9m x 6m, our display was RME’s largest and most visually impressive one yet, with our conference team rostered throughout the exhibition to share our advanced relining technologies such as the industry leading THUNDERBOLT SKYWAY and the new THUNDERBOLT MAGNUM Recoilless Hammer.
MEI COMMINUTION CONFERENCE – APRIL 2021
RME proudly sponsored the 12th International Comminution Conference, held virtually in 2021. On Thursday 22nd April, Stephen Gwynn-Jones presented on ‘Automated Mill Relining: Quantifying safety and performance benefits’. He outlined RME’s journey towards reducing reline durations to 24 hours, plus new maintenance strategies that maximise concentrator productivity and safety.
